Ah! A bus-like blog post from me today! (None in ages, then 2 in quick succession!! Lol!) Here is a second card that I made this Easter. This has some Forever Friends images on - I don't normally go for these kinds of images, but there was something about those ears that were totally irresistible!!
There are touches of Pearl Pen around the layout, and the border punch used was an older Martha Stewart punch that I came across in my drawer. The sentiment is a Lili of the Valley stamp - I just love circle sentiments! The papers are again Echo Park - Springtime - I can't get enough of these. They are really lovely. The whole image has again been spritzed with Perfect Pearls, to give the whole card a subtle shimmer. Sadly the light does not show this up! The flowers are a mix of the Hobby House (Cherry Blossoms) and Magnolia (Vintage Tulips). Just love the pretty colours!

ReplyDeleteLikewise - I only went to Paperlane fo the first time on Wednesday and was so enthused- I have always dabbled in all sorts of things but Caz was so lovely I wanted to have a go at everything in the shop. I am going to book for some of the classes and it is so nice to find there are people in Northallerton crafting!! Hope your Mam is OK she was telling us what a difficult day she had had and we agreed that she had done the right thing with her Mum in law, she has done her bit and more and she is making the right decision.
